Wholesale Application
Welcome to the Health Products Distributors online application for a wholesale account. We will review your application within two business days. Please note that we may require a copy of your resale or professional license to finalize your application. This can be emailed to us at support@integratedhealth.com, or FAXed to us at 520-896-3312. (pdf, doc, jpg, gif, png)
Before submitting your application, please consider:
- We only accept wholesale accounts from individuals and businesses who work within the health & wellness community. Examples include health food stores, clinics, doctors, chiropractors, naturopaths, and homeopathic healers. Businesses that do not directly serve a health-related customer base most likely will be not be accepted. If you have questions, email bob@healthproductsdistributors.com.
- Health Products Distributors strives to maintain fair pricing and equal access to our products for all wholesale customers. Therefore, please refrain from selling any of our products for less than list price (MAP) without approval.
- Health Products Distributors branded products may not be sold on Amazon.com. This includes pH Adjust. In addition, Visual Ocuity, Nascent Iodine, and Terra Flora may not be sold on Amazon. Selling any of these products on Amazon.com may lead to your reseller account being suspended.
- We do not drop ship to your customers.
